We are a unique IP Service which is located in Gaziantep. Our services include all intellectual property rights, Trademark, Patent, Utility Model, Design, Geographic Indication, and Copyright. We also work in litigation and dispute resolution, offer legal consultancy in fundamental legal subjects.
OUR SERVICES
Intellectual property rights constitute an essential part of legal rights. For right holders, these rights represent a significant investment and value, and their protection is therefore of critical importance. For this reason, numerous national and international institutions and regulations exist to ensure their protection. Budak Intellectual Property Office closely monitors legal developments at both national and international levels to safeguard these rights and to prevent any potential loss for our clients. In this context, we provide consultancy services including the preparation of all necessary searches for industrial property registrations, the filing of trademark, design, geographical indication, and traditional product name applications on behalf of our clients, as well as the drafting, adaptation, and translation of agreements.
Through our in-house Watch Service, Official Bulletins published by TÜRKPATENT and international offices are regularly monitored. Applications concerning trademarks, patents, designs, utility models, geographical indications, and traditional product names that are similar or likely to pose a risk of infringement are identified at an early stage. This enables the effective protection of our clients’ rights and the timely initiation of opposition proceedings where necessary.
Our areas of practice also include representation before courts and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings (such as mediation and arbitration). In addition, we provide legal consultancy on fundamental legal matters. For clients engaged in international commercial activities, we offer support on regulatory compliance, translation services, pre-filing searches, litigation, and dispute resolution.
